About the Job:
You will play a critical role in identifying customer needs and providing tailored removal and storage solutions across Australia. This is an inbound role with no cold calling, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding service and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate removal and storage solutions
- Handle a high volume of internal sales leads
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Support our nationwide external sales consultants
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and in a supportive team environment
- Customer-focused and passionate about providing solutions
- Resilient and adaptable to change
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in Storage and Removals or Logistics is advantageous

Pay:
- $60-$75k + Super (OTE $120k – $150k)
